Not without prior approval from USCIS and the interviewees.

USCIS offices are located in federal buildings, and it's illegal to take recording devices inside federal buildings.

I doubt it, those interviews are usually confidential and needs a chain of approvals if a third party is involved in recording them.

i do not think so, for such materiel is forbidden within the building;

and besides, even if you could? you would also need permission of the persons being interviewed;
