Freaking amazing. Way better than his championship year. But can he do this good in the NBA? Playing good D. The only reason that gives me doubt is that in olympics they fail to double team him [Because all 5 people on the floor are threats]... In the NBA, teams like Pistons or Celtics are good at double teaming... But still there are times he was double teamed and acted like it was nothing.

I hope he beats the celtics in the play offs so my friends that became bandwagonners regret abandoning Heat. I know the chance of beating celtics is low, but is there hope?

  1. If you ask me, Wade got frustrated last season when they couldn't win games. The players around Wade wasn't doing anything. Wade is a good player and he draws all the attention. I think that having Marion on the team could take of some of the pressure off of Wade. In the Olympics, they can't double team Wade because all of the players are a major threat, so they are forced to play one on one. Wade is more skilled than any players they can find to guard him in the Olympics. Wade has more room to play one on one basketball. In the regular season, they double and triple team him.

  2. If they get a decent point guard that can get him the ball in the right spots so he doesn't have to run the point too much, he'll be as good. He handled the ball more the last year or two more than he should. He can play both 1 and 2 positions, don't get me wrong, but he needs to conserve his energy so he can take over games.

  3. yes, caz he is still using the same energy

  4. if he plays in Europe

  5. Yeah if he keeps himself ok and if Miami Heat could work hard 2!!

  6. wade was injured last year....this year is the heat's year...MIAMI HEAT 08-09 NBA CHAMPZZZ!

  7. What up Aswang T,

It has been about 3 seasons since Dwayne Wade has looked this good- so that's great news for Heat fans.  He honestly hasn't looked this good since he won the Finals MVP.  Off course the question for Dwayne will be his durability- 82 games is a long season- and then you add the playoffs- assuming that with a Healthy:  Wade, Marion, and Beasley (that the Heat will get there).

He looks good but the question will always come down to his durability.

If healthy it adds another obstacle for the Celtics- this is why it's so difficult to repeat in the NBA... there is so much talent and an injury to a key player can really hurt a team... healthy D. Wade is looking good- and if he could play like this over a sustained period of time- he may even have a shot at the MVP.
