He didn't seem real thrilled when he was told he won due to 2 disqualifications...

  1. He was deemed a winner due to technicalities.  Of course he wasn't thrilled.  You can hear him tell the lady standing next to him "yea, but I still lost."  He didn't see the honor in his winning.


  2. I wouldn't be thrilled about getting a medal that way either. I'd still take it, along with the $10,000 bonus that goes with it.

    He won only on two DQ, and to him that is not winning at all.

    He just showed sportsmanship not a bad attitude toward the bronze.

  6. If I were him, I wouldn't be thrilled also.To win Bronze is not quite something for most athletes and to win Bronze because 2 been disqualified not for a false start but coz of stepping wrong line is even worst.
