Yes......of course......anytime--always.....

Here is the scenario, I picture:

The centaur (a he or a she) shall gallop over--if he/she spots he/she, pick up the crab, put it in a pot, and then begin masticating.  Or pehaps the centaur will save the crab for later (when hungry), or eat it raw--depending on personal preferences.

There are other scenarios that come to mind, of course.....

To a degree, yes, but I dont think that the Sag would ever be able to truly be as sensitive to the Cancers feelings as they need to be. The Sag will come across as too blunt, rude, just plain mean and the cancer won't be able to take the sag's extreme bluntness. While the sag will think the cancer too sensitive...
