Despite the fact that many missing children are found locally, within hours of being reported missing, don't you think its worth the time, energy & effort to launch a full scale European alert system to ensure even one little lost child being reunited with family???

  1. I thought Europeans lock their kids in their basements for 20 years, how is an alert system going to help with that?

  2. Amber Alert works here in Canada.  Yes, if only one child were found it is well worth it.  What if it was your child?????

  3. It should - where there's a will there's a way. However, european politicians will not feel any cash benefit from it and therefore will probably be totally disinterested. It's time to disband the EEC.

  4. i think it would be a great idea

  5. Most definitely YES.

  6. No.  Nothing works in Europe.  "An Integrated and Co-operative Europe" is a delusional concept within the brains of certain politicians.

  7. it helps here in the USA, we call it "Amber Alert"

i didn't know they had the same thing in Canada, makes sense though, cool

  8. If it only helps to find one missing child a year it will be well worth it. The alternative is nothing at all.   Missing children  deserve more than that .
