Do you think a crf 250 is to big and powerful for a 13 year old?

im 13 years old and i have a ttr 125L i have been riding it for one and a half years now and its to small and not enough power and i was thinking of getting a crf 250 but i dont know if i can handle it. Let me know what you think?

i would say  yes you can handle it, just because you have the power dont mean you have to use it!!!

well ya a 125 has about the same power as a 250

just like all bikes it will seem too powerful at first but when you ride it and get used to it it will get alot esier to ride until its like your ttr

A lot would depend upon how big a 13 year old you are.  A lot of people race the 4 stroke 250cc class at 13 but it really comes down to size.  My son  has been racing at an A grade level most of his life and he has only started racing a 4 stroke 250cc this year and he is basically in his last year of juniors.  He would have been allowed to race it 3 years ago going on his age but he was just too small and weighed too little to race one.  So much depends upon your size.
