Lottie would be a cute nickname. I don't think she'd be teased much, but it's not my favorite name. I like June for a middle name though, and India.

I'm glad you asked haha. I have two answers, a short one and a ranty one lol:

1) No.

2) People get way too worried about their child being teased because of something as silly as a name. Honestly, think about it: when naming your child, WITHIN REASON, you have to assume that people are generally good and generally want to make friends and not make enemies. If people did not assume good faith in other people, something like socializing could NEVER work out. It's logic. So when you're naming your child, it's fair to presume that the other children WON'T want to offend your child and that they WILL want to befriend him/her (or at least stay neutral towards him/her). A couple of anecdotes to prove my point:

a. I know a kid named Casper. He's a cool kid and by association his friends think the name Casper is cool. Any name can become cool if the name's owner is cool.

b. I know a girl named Priscilla. Nobody calls her "Prissy", or "Pissy", or any other name you can imagine. Why? Because she is a nice person. Nobody has any reason to make fun of her. That's why it's best to assume good faith.

All that said, Lotus is a beautiful name. I think that Lotus June flows best of any of your name choices, but Lotus Millie sounds nice too. India Millie is alright.
