sure,  It takes know-how which comes with expirence.  If you have never done any building before, then I would not attempt it.

Many can & do.

Been involved w/ every construction trade & there are women in all of them.

There are "female" contracting firms as well.

On some municipal  projects  there must be provision to offer bids to "minority contractors"

Yes there is no reason you can't! How ever you need to have someone help you with some of the skills that you need to know. Such as reading blueprints, and using the various tools required. Good Luck!

There are female engineers, construction workers and truck drivers.  You bet a woman could build a house.

Usually a house takes more than one person to build though...  So I would have to say that a couple of women could build a house as well as a few men could.
