In my opinion, generally fast bowlers dont make up a good captain. Bret is not one of those who would be capable. leading an australian side requires great leadership skills and I dont see, brett fitting this slot.

Fast bowlers are usually not groomed for leadership of the Australian cricket team. Bing is not one who appears to be in line. They tend to groom young players early for this role. Ponting's a good example of this.
