  1. NO..

Akker has been playing the best football of his lofe this season.

I used to 'hate' the guy,but since moving to Melbourne and starting with the Doggie's he has come back to earth. He is less arrogant,he has so much more respect for the game now.I think it's the best move Jason Akermanis ever made..

I used to think he was stuck up and up himself, you know what i rekon it came with the territory up there,as soon as he got down here we saw the real talent, not just a cocky A*S obnoxious prick.

  2. No, he is a wan.ker and doesnt belong in QLD, he belongs in Melb

  3. h**l no, i respect him now that hes left the lions. i absolutely hated him before he went to the dogs.

  4. the man is as happy as a rat in a grain sack at the Bulldogs, he is playing well and spouting a lot less senseless rubbish - a trilogy of reasons why it's wonderful that he's found a home with the Doggies.

  5. No, he had fallings out there and wasn't wanted.

Both clubs have benefited, although Brisbane only got pick 36 or something, it freed up so much money in the salary cap for more young players.

Love him here at the Dogs :)

  6. I don't think it's right to suggest that Brisbane didn't respect Akers talent - he was part of their team in for three premierships! I think they lost respect for him when he could not learn to shut the h**l up and let his footy do the talking! It would appear he has been muzzled by the Bulldogs as he seems to say a bit less c**p these days....

  7. No way...at least at the Bulldogs, the club respects him for the great player and personality that he is!

Im extremely happy he isnt playing for an interstate team - the Doggies absolutely deserve him :))

  8. NO ! why should he ?

  9. No i think there was a clash of personalities at Brisbane, Both him and the club have moved on both are doing well Brisbane looking to play finals and so is Aker.

Overall a good move for both parties

  10. Aker moving to the Dogs has allowed him to focus on his game more, since he doesn't clash with his team mates like he did at the Lions.
