    I thought they already did.


  2. They should have everything put on file DNA, Blood Type, Fingerprints, photos, and anything else your mind can think of. You want to do a vicious crime, you should have NO rights at all. Unless of course its justifiable. Such as self defense.

  4. I think this is an excellent idea but only for violent and serious sexual offenders.
