  1. I personally believe that animals can sense these things, so yes.

  2. Animals sense that *I* am dangerous... dogs bark at anything unfamiliar, and the more unfamiliar it is, the more intense their barking. Nothing odd about that... if the dog really thought it was dangerous, he would not have been aggressive without anyone there. He knew he could chase it off, by the sounds of it.

    Birds also have the "fight or flight" response. Nothing odd about that. However, I missed where they were reacting to anything in that podcast. Got an approximate time index?

    This account is consistent with many CE2-type encounters. What makes it interesting is direct observation of proximity to cattle mutilations. Not many get to see that.

    However, I have to wonder about the interpretations of the news personnel, because a lot of what was said didn't mesh with the word patterns that this cattleman used, and I saw evidence of at least one colloquialism that was misinterpreted.

    And, for the record, the guy sounded as though he believed what he was saying, which is important. Too bad I'm no longer chasing stuff like that, I'd see about testing him.

  3. It is absurd to suggest that UFOs (plural, not possessive) don't exist.

    UFO = unidentified flying object

    Anything that flies and isn't yet identified is a UFO.  If I throw a mystery object (i.e., hubcap) in the air and take a blurry photo of it, it's a UFO.

    In any case, an unidentified flying object that's about to collide with you is certainly dangerous.  I think many animals can sense this, and generally get out of the way if they can.

  4. There's no such thing as UFO's
