Do you think any of these bands will be on Rockband 2?

Van Halen, Helloween, King Diamond, Diamond Head, Dokken, Y&T, ZZ Top, Viper, Thin Lizzy, Tesla, Scorpions, Saxon, Queensryche, Ozzy, Led Zeppelin, Dio, and Cinderella. That may seem like alot of bands but most of these contributed to metal/rock music and they deserve recognition. I'm sure some of these bands won't let their music be used. Any idea if any of these bands will be on Rockband 2? Or will be available as downloadable content?
