they already have the replacement, the show is taped.  it is just not being announced to the public yet.

no one can do Laura justice.  she nails that role and is the definition of a triple threat.  she's also the sweetest person.  its a shame the show is losing her but so great that she originated this role, she shone and it was perfect for her and her career.
