Tank Abbott has been washed up for years and would fight just for a paycheck.  slice wasnt very impressive in the tv fight. He looked so out of shape and wouldnt stand a chance with any of the top competitors what so ever.  They wont take a chance of him fighting anyone of good caliber to lose their biggest marking scheme or they will lose as a company in doing so.  Kimbo Slice is the Butter Bean of this era nothing more.

Yes most of the heavyweights in the UFC could. Randy Cotoure most def could and so could Fedor Emelianenko. Unless Kimbo got a lucky punch and knocked one of these men out they would beat him really bad. Anyone can beat anyone but these guys have been doing MMA much longer than kimbo. He is a tough street fighter who has been now gettin training in MMA for a year or 2. All these guys have been doing for 10 or 15 years. Cro Cop and Fedor Emelianenko all these guys should beat Kimbo pretty easily. Even guys that fight at much less weight than him like Chuck liddle and Rampage should have no problem beating the h**l out of him. I saw in a magazine someone asked Tito Ortiz what would happen if Kimbo and Tito got into a fight and Tito just laughed and said it would last one round before Tito beat him. So to most true MMA fighters Kimbo is a joke.

Edit: My fiance wrote that... I agree to an extent, I suppose. I think Kimbo's awesome and I love watching his fights on YouTube... having said that, I hope he works a lot on his ground game before he fights again on Elite XC.

i think antonio nogueira has a better chance at defeating kimbo.  if antonio takes him down to the ground it'll probably be over.  he is very good at ground skills and his wrestling.  kimbo is only a stand up fighter.

Tank is old and out of shape. Tank had one good tournament and is a one-hit wonder. I've seen Tank lose to guys who were nobodys. Kimbo is a side show performer. He's a little more respectable then Butter Bean in boxing, but they are in the same league. Until Kimbo takes on some legitimate competition; people like me will doubt his abilities. I'm rooting for Kimbo, but I'm afraid he'll just be a let down.

I like Kimbo Slice, I guess because it is just like a real life Rocky story. A backyard brawler gets a shot at the big time. I'm surprised Don King didn't think of it before. Now saying how much I like Kimbo there is always someone waiting in the wings or coming up that is better than the current guys. I'll be backing Kimbo for as long as he is fighting. I WANT to see him do well in MMA. Here is a guy that was fighting in backyards to make money, and now his fights are televised.

Do you pretend to be an idiot or is it a gift that comes to you naturally?  Kevin Ferguson isn't even a top fighter in a pathetic organization like the EliteXC.  He will never beat a top opponent, so yes, plenty of people in the world can beat him.
