is the apple company ripping people off i mean like the app store you have to buy it for 10 bucks and other games cost plus music when you all ready spend 100s bucks on the ipod or any other product they make you pay more to have stuff for your item

  2. Somewhat, because the app store is expensive and the cd's are way too expensive. Since it's just music with no case or artwork then it's a ripoff!!! Also the games are 2$ too expensive.

    and NONONO. iPod is a good price. not expensive at all... it's really good price

    but I agree on computers apple is ripping off. but iPod and itunes, it's good price

  4. yeah it feels that way, but they have to charge you for the songs to pay the artist, but you can use limewire for games, music and videos., please mark me best answer :)

  7. Yeah, over a dollar a song is ridiculous. But it's better than using a illegal site because you never know if you get a good copy or not.

  11. yes i do, but i wont stop using the products. what i think is the biggest rip off is you have to pay 2 dollars for 1 song to be a ringtone on the iphone. (buy the song .99, make a ringtone .99)

  12. No, they are in business to make money. If I was a shareholder in Apple I would like them to charge as much as they can get away with.

    The break point line is when people stop buying because the price is too high. They are not at that point yet.

  14. Yes it is especially with there music and ipod. they charge way to much for the ipod which is not as good as there competotors like the creative zen and the sony walkman which are better quality and cheaper.

    Then aswell with the apple notebooks and apple mac they are so expensive compared to pc's which are far superior in quality.

  15. No. I don't think so. Obviously, you have to buy what you use. You wouldn't be able to buy a CD player and then just get all your CDs for free, would you? Its the same thing. And if you're using things like LimeWire, well, that can crash your IPod. I know several people who had that happen to them. So all in all, no I do not think so. But every person has their own opinion.

  17. no. they are the best quality and have the highest technology. it takes a LOT of money to make and get the things they use for them.

    thats why they are expensive.

    they cant just get all of that money and then sell the things for five bucks. they have to charge. otherwise, they would be broke.

    and i would much rather pay for a good computer than barely pay for a crappy one that takes 500 minutes to load

    plus, no one said you had to use those sites.

    and its better than an illegal site or a crappy one.
