  1. "Greed, for lack of a better word, is good. Greed is right. Greed works. Greed clarifies, cuts through, and captures the essence of the evolutionary spirit. Greed, in all of its forms, greed for life, for money, for love, knowledge has marked the upward surge of mankind."

  2. i think a large number of them are. Exxon Mobil being number one. i mean look at it this way. the top 2 companies in the fortune 500 club(richest companies in the world)are Walmart and Exxon Mobil. if the oil companies arent price gouging then how are they profiting 30-40 billion dollars a year? and when Lee Raymond(CEO of Exxon Mobil) retired he received nearly 400 million dollars for retirement. you tell me if thats greed.

Large corporations have one ethic they live by: maximizing returns to stockholders.

  14. To what are you refering young man? My banking business went bankcrupt recently and I was only paid billions of pounds of tax payers money just to keep myself afloat.

  15. Companies are required to serve the interests of their owners, as their first duty.

That does not mean that a management team may not also be serving their own private interest, but by law they must be selfish as guardians of the interests of the shareholders.
