Illegal drugs and guns are making both sides of borders { both } into war zones. Gang members with citizenship or visas of America and other countries is causing this. Do you think its a good idea to stop them and detain them coz their easily identifiable?

  1. I think the first solution would be if border patrol started checking people leaving the country. They don't. So even if someone enters legally (tatts or no) for a 'visit' we have no idea if they overstay.

  2. No I don't think so. They can sneak across the border easily anyways so what difference does it make?

  3. you only run into the "i used to be in a gang but cant afford to get the tats removed" then you are illegally detaining them if its based on a tat.

  4. how can you stop them and detain them because they have tattoo? that is illegal.

they will be arrested if they have illegal drugs or weapons.

and people with gang tatoos, or white t-shirts or that are mexican and gangster-looking are already more likely to be detained and checked sometimes even  for no real reason.
