  3. I love Brooklyn, I like place names, like Dakota, Dallas, or Asia. Brooklyn is very cute, and you could always call her Brook for short.

    Brook is a stream of water. Brook is maybe OK for a girl, but I'd spell it Brooke.

  14. I've never heard Brooklyn as a name, but I love it!  And she can go by Brook if she prefers, or even Lyn.  (Or you could even spell it Brooklynn.)

  21. I knew a Brooke growing up --- spelled with an E -- otherwise it is a stream. She was pretty cool, had a twin sister named Brittney.

    Brooklyn -- never heard of that as a person's name -- but if so, I would guess it is a guy.
