I don't think your height or weight would make all that much difference.  I'm taller than you and weigh more, I have an annual pass, and I keep refusing to get on that ride because I'd be terrified.  It just depends on whether you like scary roller coasters like that or not.  If you decide to go, have fun!

no.  there are shoulder harnesses so you don't need to worry about falling out.
