Apparently Monica Bellucci has a Capricorn rising. Good looking is an understatement,eh?

But sometimes on bad days cap risings can look frumpy, like mountain goats.

Well my best friend is a Capricorn Rising, and I happen to think he's very good looking. He has a serious face with a strong expression, but it's a handsome face that demands respect. Also, remember that planets conjunct ascendant, and those in the 1st house do have an effect on appearance as well...Also, the genes you were born with.

Yeah! My little brother has Capricorn rising and he's handsome. lol  I have a lot of family members and friends who have capricorn rising, and I think they're really good looking.

Somehow I can recognize capricorns even in a crowded place. They have beautiful faces with a strong expression, nose is very caracteristic and with mignon / a little muscled / well shaped bodies (for females and again at least the ones I know)
