No. What if you are a passenger on a bus or train or even in a car? You wouldn't be able to use your cell phone. Cell phones don't kill people, people kill people.

I think that those who are in an accident while talking on a cell phone should be held accountable and that they should have to pay for everything.  Their insurance companies should not have to pay either.

If they were then you would have to hold accountable cigarette companies for people who smoke while driving, and fast food rest. for people who eat when they drive, etc. You can't hold a company responsible for people's stupidity and carelessness.

No, it's the cell phone user's fault.  The user knows that he is taking a risk when driving and talking on a cell phone.

If cell phone companies were liable for every accident caused by a cell phone, none of us would have cell phones today because the companies would go out of business due to the lawsuits.
