Do you think cell phone radiation cannot cause cancer or other bodily problems?

Why is the head of Philadelphia's Cancer Institute is telling all employeees to minimize their use of cell phones since "there is no assurance that they will NOT cause cancer."

Despite many very good studies which have failed to demonstrate an increased risk of cancer by using cell phones, Dr. Herberman, a highly-regarded oncologist at Pittsburgh appears to feel that further research is needed to lay the issue to rest, however I have yet to see major peer-reviewed literature which contradicts the previous findings.  For this reason, despite Dr. Herberman's reputation, he is speculating that peer reviewed literature that hasn't been made available yet may refute the bounty of literature to the contrary.  For this reason, I can't use Dr. Herberman's speculation as a reason to change the way I live my life.
