I've seen a lot of questions that say things like "If I cheat on my Wedding day, will that mess up my diet???" or "I only cheated one day, will my diet not work anymore".
I think in order for a diet to work you DO need to stick to it. But cheating on special events (I suppose unless you have birthday party everyday of the year lol) shouldn't be such a big deal.
I'm on atkins. And I've actually gone on the diet lost 20lbs...then gone off of it for like 2 months, and not gained any weight back. Started the diet again...and keep on losing.
And I'm sorry...on my wedding day. I'm stuffing my face with some wedding cake! lol.
Does anyone think people are going to over the top about eating un healthy? or even off a diet?
Its like they think if they eat a well balanced diet for a month, and then pigged out with some friends at a party their whole progress is ruined. When you can just start back up the next day...
What do you all think?
