Do you think cheerleaders are rightful for hockey or soccer?

Personally i don't think it belongs in soccer or hockey.

SAME, and i hate it when the Girls who are my age (14) go to hockey games, for the players.  And not just for the LOVE <3 of sport.

Yes in soccer - as it needs all the help it can get as far as excitement goes.  That's why there are so many soccer riots - people are bored, so they decide to amuse themselves by throwing hard objects at anonymous fans cheering for the other team.

No in hockey, as there is already so much action going on out on the ice that nobody would notice the cheerleaders.

lemme tell you a story about that:

in High School our goalie was dating a cheerleader and the cheerleaders came to our homecoming game one year.  Well the lined up along the blue line where the door was where we came out to do our lil skate around pregame thing.  We were supposed to skate inbetween them.  Well goalie was leading us and he got to the door and took a step onto the ice and we all followed him... he skated around the rink not through the line of cheerleaders like he was supposed to...

Cheerleaders do not belong in hockey.

Hockey players can get better girls then those bimbos...

Cheerleaders are a waste of space at hockey games. No one likes them. They are always the lowest rated thing on season ticket holder surveys. Yet they keep bringing them back. I have no opinion about them in soccer as I do not watch soccer.

no, i don't think cheerleaders should even exist. whats the point? they just wave pon poms around and cheer, which no one can hear anyway
