  1. Well..they can seem to survive anywhere on Earth.

Earth has the breathable oxygen....whereas...Mars doesn't.

I don't think even a cockroach could survive in a Martian environment.

There's more to the Mars atmosphere than just the lack of breathable oxygen....there's also different abilities by Mars to block solar radiation...so...I really don't think they could survive.

  2. well if they can survive radioactivity, then maybe they can survive on mars. idk mars is i think 70% Co2,, so yeah idk.

  3. Beings that can survive in extreme conditions are called extremophilles.

Cockroaches are, I think, known to even be capable of surviving radioactivity, the most lethal known attribute.

But I don't think they would be able to survive in a 0 O2 environment.

They can survive anywhere here on Earth where we have plenty of O2.

    EDIT:

I suggest that on the first mission to mars we bring along one to test it out...

I mean it's just one cockroach...

    You know you want to!

  4. no i dont think so

  5. No. they breathe air like us. Without that the rest is moot.

  6. No, the atmospheric pressures are far too low, and so, too, are the temperature extremes. There being no food or water would not help their survival, either.

    Kind regards

    Dr Antony.

  7. LOL.. Idk... Sure??
