  1. No ,,but they do make me make comparisons on what brand to buy,,,I usually go for the one that has the coupon if they are close in price.. I cut out lots of coupons and only use some. I leave others on shelves for others to use...Now if I could always remember to take them with me that would be better...

  2. I have tried to make using coupons part of my buying process rather than a buying decision itself.

So when I actually buy something I want, I check for coupons at checkout time rather than before I shop.

It seems to work for me!

  3. Absolutely.  But, if it's free or almost free, I still may pick up a certain item to be able to sell in a garage sale or give away to charity.  Think about it, you can give away (and deduct) stuff that would cost hundreds of dollars that you only paid pennies for by using coupons.  Everybody benefits!

  4. yes! coupons are a trick! which is why i dont use them anymore! unless they are restaurant coupons and i am planning on going there anyways.($5 off your total bill, or buy one entree get one free)

  5. I think it makes it look much more appealing. And same with infomercials.

"but wait! threes more! If you act now - we will throw in an extra tip tapper!"

  6. yes. if i go without coupons, i just bargain shop and get some store brand stuff. if i take coupons, i buy stuff just because its cheaper than usual. doesnt work for me!!

  7. I never use coupons

  8. I know some people who do

  9. I think they do sometimes. Like if you get a coupon for a rich dessert that you never before thought of buying and it's really bad for you but the coupon makes it cheap, so you wanna buy it.
