Do you think during the preseason, Troy Smith could take over the starting postition for the Ravens?

i think there's a chance, boller will prove himself to be awful once again and joe flacco isn't ready yet, so i would say troy will at least get a shot

Its definitely possible but I do think that its Bollers job to lose right now to start. Unfortunately although he's a good leader, Smith is a bit small and has struggled he and there and theres always Flacco waiting in the wings with a cannon. I think its going to be a wait and see type thing. Basically, Bollers got experience behind him and that can go a long way in the NFL. I say Boller starts the season but thats my guess only.

it doesn't matter if smith or boller starts the pre-season because they best chance they have at winning in the regular season is to go with flacco. he should be starting within the first 4 games or the ravens should just give up and plan for next year.

yes, the team loves his leadership qualities and he can flat run an offense. look for a rivers/brees or anderson/quinn situation in baltimore when troy smith is a pro-bowler and flacco is making major bucks on the bench
