Ironically violent fascism is a growing problem in Russia and the government is completely oblivious to the problem. It's a product of poverty and the humilitation they've suffered from since the fall of the Soviet Union and now they're taking it out on immigrants and exchange students from kaukasus, asia, africa etc. inside Russia.

Fascism and communism, to me at least, have always been at opposite ends of the spectrum. The first people the n***s killed when Hitler took power were the communists, and for a reason. Fascism is a right-wing ideology, communism a left-wing one. Unfortunately, some communist states become totalitarian through corruption or misunderstanding of marxist ideals, but as principles they are different.
