         the reason many people get fast food is that it usually tastes good and its EASY.  lives are so hectic now many families or even individuals dont cook, and why bother when you can just drive up to a window where your food is already prepared?

    the problem with this is that people dont pay attention to how much they are doing this. i used to go to mcdonalds every morning for breakfast and some other fast food joint for dinner (and i was huge).

    another problem with it is that it does not keep you full for long enough, enticing you to eat more through the day.  you can stuff your face and you might feel full for a minute, but your going to be hungry again fairly soon.  this is because there is hardly anything in most fast food that the body can use.  its like trying to burn wet newspaper.  and on the subject of fullness, thats one reason why produce is so good. its packed with fiber which keeps you full AND help with digestive regularity.

         the last danger that im going to list (but is certainly not the last one)  is that the fast food industry has health traps lying all around.  they try to make you feel like your eating something healthy when your not. at all. take McDonalds "premium chicken strips" for example, better than chicken nuggets right? NO!  the "premium chicken" 5 piece has 660 calories and 40 grams of fat, while a 10 piece chicken nugget has 460 calories and 29 grams of fat.  the wendy's chicken bacon ranch salad has over 700 calories! thats more than even a big bacon classic which clocks in at 580 calories (and that doesnt include the inevitable fries or drink)

    its ridiculous. avoid it at all costs.  but if your stuck with it,  ask for a nutrition facts sheet.

  21. All food can be dangerous in high quantities...soy is the perfect example of that.  Eating a cheeseburger every now and then is not dangerous unless you become addicted and can't stop eating them.

  26. If you just constantly eat it then it can be. It can lead to high cholesterol, clogged arteries, a heart attack and much more. Especially if you constantly eat it and never exercise.
