  1. i dont know it seems fine to me

  2. I agree with the others that fruit only for breakfast is way too little.  They will be hungry again at 8:00.  Try oatmeal, fruit and nuts for breakfast.  Brunch...  fruit and eggs, maybe.  Lunch salad & sandwich...

It sounds like your plan could be difficult, but I'd always have fruit available to them when the need a boost.

  3. 7am fruit only is crazy have you ever heard breakfast is the most important meal of the day and also depending on the age you could use the fruit for a snack between meals as my child is not on a scedule as she just is not hungary sometimes and so i let her make her own schedule and she has a great one at that for her self

  4. those are good but the only fruit breakfast might be a little to hard on them. If you want to make them eat fruit everytime they want a snack give it to them aslong as they eat a portion of fruit.

  5. breakfast- 20 mins. after they wake up real breakast w/ fruit

    lunch 1 o'clock

    dinner is fine

2 snacks a day of there chose when in non-healthy one healthy

  6. it seems ohkay to..

but as a kid myself i would get hungry after

    eating the fruits

    and a snack too....

snack isnt really needed but only if they get hungry in between the times....

    ^_^

  7. I don't believe in feeding kids of any age on a schedule like that/ I mean we have routine meals around the same time each day but not to a point where they can't eat early if they are hungry or later if they aren't yet. I think kids should eat when they are hungry. I don't understand the purpose of your "feeding schedule" it makes them sound like animals.

  8. What is the purpose though?  and only fruit?  That does nothing for my child that early.

What ages are the children?  The weight?  This might last for a month, but as they grow and change, so will their eating habits.
