Three really liberal states...of course they will never be legalized, we are losing our rights.

No. Having personaly seen a gentleman come into the ED with nothing but a stump for a hand after an M-80 went off in it. I've also had people set off illegal fireworks and have them drop right into the crowd. Fire works are dangerous and require specialised training & equipment to handle.

Probably not.  If anything, all types of fireworks will be banned except those used by professionals.  In today's "hazard-free" society, you will see many many things being banned.  Look what has happened to smoking.  Fireworks are going the same way.

no I live in NY and sparklers are illegal so i dont think m-80s will be legalized any time soon
