  1. Have you ever researched how much fuel costs in other developed countries?   Scotland for example,  when i was there in 2003 the gas averaged out to around 7 US dollars a gallon..   Higher now,  and just as high in other countries.  For some reason the American public has come to believe that massive gas consumption at little cost is owed to them or something.   We're too reliant on it,  and too coddled by all the years of $1.29 a gallon prices.   Many people complain about it,  yet spend 6 dollars for a cup of coffee at Starbucks,  or 20 dollars on dinner when it could cost much less at home.  Its silly,  and I'm tired of hearing people complain.

  2. Eventually political people (or whoever controls the prices) will get smart and not so greedy so they will lower the prices or allow us to have cars that run on water or vegetable oil....Hopefully.

  3. NO... people are still going to buy gas... it doesnt matter how high the price gets... they have to go to work, so they have to pay for gas...we can bi--- and complain all we want about the price, but its like something we have to have... where i live there isnt a bus or subway system, so the only transportation i have is my vehicle... d**n shame i didnt keep my horse... i actually think i could have rode it to work and back here!!!

    just kidding....lol

  4. i hope not.. but im gonna buy a hybrid so that i wont have 2 pay a lot for gas (and its great for the enviroment)
