Question:

Do you think gangsters should be allowed to meet in public?

In December 2001 the Long Beach Superior Court issued a permanent injunction against the East Side Longeros in two areas of the city. One part of the injunction forbids gang members from gathering in public with other gang members.

Ok I'm not saying that we should have gangs or anything like that, but isn't this like unconstitutional, or at least morally incorrect to forbid people to gather?

  1. Yeah they should be able to meet, why doesn't anyone try to stop the KKK from meeting? It is unconstitutional.

  2. if they're dodgy geezers with like knives then i agree with the police, they're just concerned about the rate crime is raising

  3. It's morally incorrect to deal drugs and do drive by shootings. Gangs have made once nice, working class neighborhoods of Long Beach an ugly place to see.

When one of your loved ones is accidently shot, since when gang members shoot their guns they seem to only hit old people and children, I think you will rethink your questioning of the injunction.

  4. I  wouldn't  think  gangstahs  have  any  rights.  You  do??  They  have  very  few    morals  if  any  at  all.  No,  it  is  not  unconstitutional.  I  think  ppl.  who  abide  by  the  law  and  don't  cause  trouble  should  have  constitutional  rights,  but  not  gangstahs.  And  if  they  don't  like   it,  then  let  them  go  live  in  some  other  country  where  those  kind  of  ppl.  are  welcome.
