I doubt, as the demand in most developing countries is growing everyday.

i don't believe so. hopefully by then, we'll actually be using alternative fuels that have already been made.  :)

More like $5 next summer and $6 within two years.

Its amazing how many people don't understand peak oil.  Oil is finite.  It took millions of years for the Earth to produce the oil that we have harvested.  It won't replenish on human time scales.

some things will go down in price but I doubt that Gas will be one of them try and find ways of cutting consumption this week i have turned off my  gas water heater and take showers now instead of baths my gas wont be turned on until winter and even then will be turned down a few degrees and off in unused rooms with the doors  firmly closed

best to start looking for a better form of energy maybe reusble like solar energy initial investment is now expensive maybe the government may subsidise in the future tho

No. even if there is more supply, my guess is inflation will keep the price at higher than $1.

it will never. we need technology now tho. we shouldn't depend on gas anymore. come on G8! you have the capability to create this new technology that is needed by the world! you probably even have the technology now! release this to the people!
