They have been dropping thanks to president Bush announcing America will be drilling for more oil. Watch out if Omama gets in office. They will sky rocket with his oil taxes and anti business agenda.

I think they will go back up after labor day.  I'm afraid people are using more gas again which will drive the prices up..That would be the excuse anyway.

Gas prices have dropped some, but will really never go to their prices before this crisis..

Our govt is too bound up in red tape to take any real positive moves to protect our own country..

There are things that could be done, but we won't do them as it would be unpopular in the world market..

CBJACK is a moron. IF that were the case why don't wave their majic wand and get the prices to really come down. If anybody thinks that is the reason oil has come down I got a bridge to sell them
