Do you think german kids should not drink bear until they are 21?

Well i am german and my cousins in germany drink bear and they are only like 14 &16 they drink like all the kids do...

Lets draw a comparison

MANY states have strict gun laws.  Somehow, criminals still get guns and use them to commit crimes.  Of the residents that legally own guns, there is little to report of crimes being committed by gun owners with registered weapons.

We have drinking laws restricting drinking to those of 21 years of age.  Somehow, we still hear stories of' "underage drinking".

Strange thing in germany though......kids rarely, unlike the USA, drink to extremes because it is common place to drink alcohol.  Kids in the USA drink to extremes or binge drink so they can get as much alcohol as possible in the shortest amount of time.

No one should try drinking a bear - it's dangerous.  While I think that 16 year old shouldn't be cracking a beer every night, parents should be responsible to show their kids appropriate consumption of alcoholic beverages during special occasions. I think 21 is too old here in the US. somewheres between 16 and 18.

I think that its ok as long as they are either with their parents or very responsible...not really sure if its its illegal

Not knowing the statistics in Germany, I really can't answer that question, but if they have the problems that the States has, the drinking age should be 25 or older!

Here in the Philippines, the age is 18-19, depending on who you ask, but children of any age with money can drink.

We don't have the alcoholic problems or trouble making problems or accidents due to drinking that most countries have so we don't mind so much if a child drinks a little beer.

I mean, we have them, but not on the grand scale that the U.S. has.

i dont think they shud drink bears at all. but i think they shud be aloud to drink beer from 18 onwards.
