Do you think getting this tattoo would hurt? I'm not really big on pain but I really want it done.?

Good luck getting hired with a face tattoo.

As has been said...

a) you want a face tattoo. Not a good idea.

b) if you want it that bad, why are you worried about pain?

c) it's someone else's tattoo - would you want someone ripping off YOUR idea?

d) most places won't tattoo your face, and if it's your first tattoo, they definitely won't.

I think it would be a painful spot to get a tattoo, it is pretty cool looking though. The thinner your skin is in whatever spot you get a tattoo, the more it hurts.

you will be surprised it is not that bad its more of a irritation than anything the star will be fast and easy

Of course it'd involve pain, it is a tattoo. As far as degree, .. don't you have any other tattoos? If you do not, and your 1st tat idea is to go on your face, Please stop yourself. Also, you'd be hard pressed to find a reputable artist that would touch you.

Also, if you mean that you are going to copy (steal) Kat Von D's tattoo ideas, .. Don't! They are meaningful and important and individual to her.

I read something from an interview with her, and how she can't stop people from  copying her tats, she really resents it.

Do not copy anybody's tattoo ideas. Be inspired, but make your tattoos, YOURS. And when you do, I doubt that you would appreciate anyone stealing them.

yes you will feel it in some way shape or form.

it could be anything from minor discomfort to all out pure pain.

it depends on you and the area.

i would bet it will give you a good run for your money when it comes to sitting/laying still to get that done

Face tattoos take a bit longer to heal. And it probably would hurt, considering it's pretty much bone on that part of your face.

You should reconsider a different tattoo. First off, it's nearly impossible to find a job where face tattoos are accepted. Secondly, you shouldn't get a tattoo just because someone else has it. Kat's tattoo actually means something to her.

It's a needle going into your skin a thousand times. it will hurt. It will just depend on your threshold for pain for how much it will hurt. You won't be able to wear makeup until it heals.

Yes, all tattoos hurt. But depending on where it is can affect that more. If you "really want it done" then just go do it! You only have to get it done once and then you don't have to go back! Pain is temporary, pride is forever.  :P

thats a pretty douchy tattoo, and yes it will hurt since your face has so many nerve endings and it's so close to bone.
