im a girl and love tattoos i dont got any yet cuz im only 15 but whenim old enough im gunna get some.

Yes I do! I mean sometimes it depends on how you get it as well. You shouldn't get tats that are just there to impress everyone. (In my opinion) Some tattoos should be hidden (lets say for a job interview perhaps?)

Otherwise, go for it! They say "the body is your canvas". The tat tells your story. I do want a tattoo when I get older as well. I have quite a few ideas. Be unique! But when you get older, it might look a bit weird, but hey!

i love my tattoos.  after all of the h**l i've put my body through, and all of the time i've spent hating myself i see my tattoos as a way of accepting myself.  my body is my canvas now.

yeahh , i'm fifteen too and i have a few , planning on getting yet another &nd a coverup done on monday , the artist is really good . I agree with a few of the previous answers , i got them not to show off to all of my friends as most kids too , but because they mean something to me , &nd i'm certain they will ALWAYS mean something to me , they're basically memoirs of bullsh*t i've been throuqh . My advice to you is whenever you DO get tatted up , think about it for MONTHS on end, don't just jump into it(:

No, a tattoo has nothing to do if you are "cool" or not.  YOu can be cool with or without one and not cool with or without one. I personally think tattoos are s**y on girls , but it certialy does't make them cool

Tattoos aren't meant to make you look cool. It is a form of self expression. If you like them, get them.

Tattoos should be done for you, not for anyone else.  They are forms of self expression, it shouldn't matter what anyone thinks, but you.  I am someday going to be covered, already well on my way!  :D

whether or not ur a girl or guy, tattoos are personal, therefore, yes, i think they are cool. i have 2 full sleeves, neck, and just finishing my leg pieces. i regret none, and they all tell a story of my life. just chose wisely, and all will be good.
