  1. yea in a way that is true, solar flares and sun spots (star) are all causes of global warming. right now its only a theory but a very good one at that.

  2. First of all, stars are way to far away from us to affect us like that. They are like thousands and hundreds of light-years away. There is no way they are causing global warming.

  3. Turn off the TV, drop the Newsweek. Global warming is a hoax perpetrated by the very same people who were screaming about global COOLING 30 years ago. They are fear mongers.

  4. Stop listening to your neo-liberal science teachers and their pot smoke fueled "scientific" theories.

Anthony Q:  Global warming is a natural phenomenon that man cannot influence.  What happened after the last ice age Anthony?  Did George Bush go back in time and drive a thousand SUV's around so the earth would get warmer?  YOU need to stop listening to Al Gore.

  5. your'e almost there, try this

  6. Do you mean can stars be the cause of global warming?

Either way, your question makes no sense-to put it kindly.

  7. Well it made a star out of Al Gore.

  8. It is possible it is due to both our sun and changes in the earth's orbit around our sun.   Our sun of course being a star.

A scientist, William Curry, thinks it is just our sun's normal cooling and warming.  Links to his article and more information are on the reference page below.

  9. No a knock on the head can cause you to see stars ,but they are not real stars

Global warming we got is a local problem between us and the Sun

right now we are fighting who is more too blame

    but that is becoming academic

we better behave or should behave better as far as mother Nature is concerned ,and we may buy some time .

to try to blame it on the stars is far fetched to say the least

  10. I think that's the best theory to global warming I've ever heard. Of course!! Star heat! I mean, I can feel it at night, it gets so hot with the stars out! Why didn't I think of that earlier?!?

  11. ...No.  There's absolutely no scientific evidence that suggests that.  Stars are suns, and most are surrounded by other planets.  They are the cores of solar systems.  Pollution causes global warming, and global warming causes weather extremes.
