No I do not. But what I do agree with is that the Government is blaming it completely on the human race, and that just isn't true. We are making matters worse, that is for sure, but we are certainly not the reason for its occurence. That's just nature.

Yes, for decades, environmentalism has been the Left's best excuse for increasing government control over our actions in ways both large and small. It's for Mother Earth! It's for the children! It's for the whales!

But until now, the doomsday-scenario environmental scares they've trumped up haven't been large enough to give the sinister prize they want most of all: total control of American politics, economic activity, and even individual behavior.

With global warming, however, greenhouse gasbags can argue that auto emissions in Ohio threaten people in Paris, and that only global government can tackle such problems.

National sovereignty? Democracy?

Forget it: global warming has now brought the Left closer to global government, statism, and the eradication of individual rights than it has ever been before.

Difficult to answer, there are those who truly care and want to clean up our environment and seek better and cleaner energy sources.  However its a tool for others to use to push forward an agenda to control people and limit freedom in our country.  I don't believe the scientist are out to scam the people, however when politicians get involved and dictate policies and come up with carbon taxes it becomes a scam.

Global Warming is, or at least was, very real.  I think the whole industry around it (carbon credits, green everything, etc.) is indeed an enormous scam.

If it was real, why would 12 - 15,000 so-called 'man-did-it' global warming advocates stuff their butts into pollution-spewing jet planes to attend a climate conference at luxury resorts in Bali..... to discuss how WE.....NOT THEY should be more responsible in our use of energy??!!

Haven't these so-called 'educated' climate experts/enthusiasts ever heard of video-conferencing??!!  It's been around for years in corporate America.

We're supposed to trust those folks???  I think not!!

Well, Dr. Smith, the preponderance of the world's scientific community believes global warming is the most serious threat facing our planet today.

Global warming is a cyclical event that takes place over tens of thousands of years. Mankind, however, has accelerated the natural cycle, thanks to our 'industrial revolution' of these past 150 years.

Not at all.  Most scientists who specialize in this area agree that something is going on, most probably caused by humans.  The scam is the people telling you global warming is a scam.

Yes it is a big SCAM

The Global warming movement is all about control and money.  The pundits want you to believe in their new religion (I say religion, because the facts do not support their conclusions).  

CNG cars are the most efficient cars on the road.  Honda builds a Civic EX for 25K that is greener than the Prius.  Fill up for 93 cents per gallon.  That leads to the obvious question why is it the only one?

Natural gas deposits occur on every land fill in the United States - not to mention untapped reserves on the east coast.  

It make you wonder why government subsidies are going to Ethanol - based on corn which does nothing more than drive the price of food up.  Sugar cane is 8 time more efficient.  It is hard to quantify whether you have  a net energy gain when using Ethanol.  Most studies indicate a deficit of energy - you have to put more energy (petroleum into it than you get out).  The environmental impact is marginal at best.

Looks like a transfer of wealth from Petroleum interest to Farm interest, and associated politicians in the mid-west.  Anyone ever heard of ADM?

Last regarding Ethanol - cars are not designed to run on it.  Sure it will burn, but the compression ratio should be increase to around 12:1 to get max power verses gasoline 8:3 to 9:1. You cannot do that on the fly.

Volcano's do spue out a significant amount of CO2. Actually 300 times more than man every year. The entire Environmental Movement is concentrating on this new propaganda line of CO2 as a means of exercising control. This an other means (Gasoline, and Food) have been how they have been manipulating public opinion to believe in their cause.

The SUN is what warms the earth, and it is in an active state. It has been projected by 2015 cooling will be re-initiated as the cycle is expected to end.

What really causes global warming is the lack of cloud cover. When the Earth is showered in Solar winds not as many clouds develop allowing the sun to radiate more. However contrary to published opinion the earth's troposphere is not heating up as would occur if carbon was accumulating like Venus.

The idea of the planet warming up and cooling down isn't a scam. Where it becomes a scam is when it's said that humans are the sole cause of the warming due to our CO2 emmissions. Then trying to create new taxes due to it, that's when it becomes a scam.

I dont think its a scam, but I think that the human race is only partially responsible for it.  The earth goes through its own warming and cooling periods, and I think we are in the middle of the planet getting warmer.  I just dont believe its all our own fault.

If you cut your hair......The perception of being hot will drop by at least 3 to 5 degrees.
