  2. Really.... Globalisation = Westernisation by all means..

There might be a certain element of truth in that.  Most multinational companies that expand to other countries have Western practices in business and customs, which often are transferred to other countries.  In turn, such countries where the youth aim to succeed in business, also have studied American business practices.  Business itself is capitalist in nature with a lot of the same cultural dimensions (individualism, power differential, achievement orientation) and has been the driving force in globalization.  So while globalization and westernization are not sysnonymous, there is a degree of overlap.
