  1. i doubt it.waht about mount everest.,And as per scientific calculations the earth would be too hot and all the moisture would be sucked out dry.Plus 100 years is a little too early for anything drastic of that sort to happen.

  2. No, I think about 70% of the planet will be covered by water just like it is today.

  3. no. thats a dumb prediction.

  4. even if i believe what would that do to me im dead at that time by the way , why stress it

  5. not in 100 years time but its almost a certainty that in thousands and thousands of years, the whole planet will erode into the sea.

but we probably won't be here then.

  6. according to the strange reactions of the planet due to global warming, I would say there are three possibilities:

    1. If the humans (that's us) dosen't do something about global warming, i would say approximatley 99.9% of the planet would be covered in water.  ice caps would melt under the conditons of global warming in 50 to 100 years time.

    2. if we did do something to stop it like reduding CO2 and CO and use earth freindly electronics and throwing garbage and so on, we can reduce the up-rise of heat and will lower in year 2050 (approximatley that is).

    3. if the scientists find a way to restore the ozone layer, that really help a lot. inventing better incinerators and the o so new hydro car, it can reduce global warming much faster than the second option.

  7. It's 3/4's water right now.  Do I think that will increase?  Yes, with ice cap melting although I'm not sure how long that will take.  And if not water then ice because as that ice melts at the pole, the temperature will drop and it only takes about 10 degrees drop (Celsius) in the northern hemisphere of Europe for example to put us back into an ice age like we had about 6000-8000 years ago.  On the bright side, I wouldn't need to get a plane to central Europe since we could jump a sled!

  8. I'm going to be dead in less than 100 years so why would I care?

  9. No, not in a hundred years.

  10. No, there's no reason to suppose evaporation will lead to the disappearance of about 40% of the present ocean area.  Over 70% of the planet already is covered by water.

  11. ummm - actually RIGHT NOW    3/4 of the surface of the earth is water.   without thinking about global warming and the future.

So, in 100 years time, i think it will be more than 50 percent covered, because it is now, and it will probably contiue to grow.

  12. No, there isn't enough water being generated to do that so quickly. Mountebanks make hundreds of predictions of doom, and only gullible people heed them.

  13. hahahah...

do you mean have of the LAND part of the planet?

because earth's surface is like 70 or 75% water right now.

    if you mean the land,

    no, i don't think so.

  14. Global Warming is a big fat lie.  The assumptions the so-called 'experts' range from theirs going to be a new ice age to global flooding from heat.  The fact of the matter remains that NO MORTAL on this EARTH knows whats going to be our fate 100 years from now.  Did you know Carbon Dioxide only contributes 9% of the Green House gas effect.  The actually Carbon Dioxide content of the earths atmosphere is only .0384%!! Water Vapour is the PRIMARY source of warming.

The biggest threat to the environment right now is the destruction of the Rainforests in Brazil and other ones.

  15. No, even if all the ice of poles melt> But many highly inhabited country will have their coast drowned

  16. maybe yes because of global warming the polar ice caps melt and sea levels rise.
