Maybe thats just a typo or you meant that the frog thinks your cruel...well if your actually caring what a dead stuffed frog thinks then maybe you shouldnt be holding rope to hang it with for fear youll choke o.o, but if your wondering if thats cruel than in my opinion no.

Stuffed frogs rarely do such thinking.

Stuffing a dead frog is not cruel to the frog. One should never stuff a live frog.

the stuffed frog does not have a brain therefore it cannot think of you as being cruel to animals. but, personally I believe that if you are willing to hang a stuffed animal you are just a step away from hanging a REAL frog (or some other INNOCENT animal).

it would definitely make ME think that you are not only cruel-to-animals, but that you are also mentally disturbed & in desperate  need of a shrink.

Do you mean "stuffed" as in that it was once a living thing, and now it's dead...or "stuffed" as in a toy? Either way, why would you want to hang either one up anywhere? And, who has a frog stuffed, anyway? Seems a little strange, to me, either way...How could/would something thats not alive think? I think you are a very bored person...
