Do you think he really meant it when he said...?

He said "your kiss is real. everything else is pure fiction"

First of all, what's he talking about in your opinion and second of all, did he mean it?

fiction means not real. so to me, hes saying your kisses are real, but you are fake. maybe he doesnt know what he said. but i wouldnt take it as a compliment.

He is complementing you, but i'll assure you that is a line he made up  that he has either used before or was waiting to use.  It surely wasn't spontaneous!  But like I said, it was a complement!  Much better than "Your kiss is like kissing a dead catfish on the lips"!

P.S.  I think  "pure fantasy" would have sounded better!  But what do I know?
