ok,my cousins came to live with us cause of my uncle and aunt dont love them,and jimmy,my cousin needs alot of love because he has the same things his dad does which is adhd and more.my step-dad shows hatred to him and he is terrified of him because of it.last night we went to my step dads moms house and he was mean as ever to him,and he couldnt even have water without him threating to spank him cause it was after 8.my mom is having a talk with him now,what should i do.

Hopefully, your mom can talk some sense into your step-dad.

It sounds like Jimmy went from 1 horrible situation with your aunt and uncle to an equally bad situation with your step-dad.

I wish there was something you could do.  I guess your best option is to be kind to Jimmy.  Spend time with him doing fun things.  Maybe you could introduce him to others his own age and help him make some friends.
