There are only 1 million foreigners in Korea. It's a very low amount. How the f*ck could it be 4000 million if there are only 50 million people in Korea?

I have heard there are 1 million..well as long as they are productive and considerate towards the local ppl I guess it is cool. I wish I could visit Busan, Ulsan, Daegu, and Cheju Island...
