its red meat

white is fast-twich muscle, which fish and chicken need for extremely fast but short bursts of speed.  humans are more like cows, we don't move fast, but we can keep moving for extended periods.

Having seen living human muscle tissue for myself (I'm a nurse - I've seen it all) I can definitively say red.

Red meat. i've seen  a lot  of cadavers, surgeries, accident victims, gun shot victims etc etc and I can say, they don't look like chicken.
