  1. Well you started out wrong. By this I mean you shouldn't turn out from your feet but form your leg socket(sp?) You should start out with your legs paralelle then pull your heels forward. I think you should talk to your teacher cause she would know the most. Good Luck :)

  2. I can tell you are getting good training, however at times during the exercises you tend to roll as you mentioned and your heels go back instead of front.  You are slightly shaky on releve.  Push your heels forward so you don't loose your turnout in tendu, passe & sous-sus.  Also, it's hard to know if you're ready for pointe just looking at someones feet.  The rest of your body needs to be properly placed and aligned so once you're on pointe you don't fall over.  Placement of the core is essential.  I'd ask your teacher; only he or she really knows if you're ready.  Good luck!

  3. wow yeah you have great feet! i wouldnt go by me i would ask your dance teacher though! make sure you straighten your knees and put more weight on the big toe not the pinky. it will help during pointe work! yeah ou look liek you have really nice feet. if your over 10 or 10 go for it that seems liek it woudl suit you! GOOD LUCK!

  4. sorry, i don't know anything about ballet, but i do have friends who dance.

i'm probably wrong, but i thought that one of the biggest things about being ready to go en pointe was whether or not you were finished growing, becuase if u started too soon when ur feet were still growing it would s***w up the bones really really badly.

I would say to ask your teacher if they think that you're ready, since they watch you dance more and would probably know better than anybody else.

  5. i'm a dancer and i would say that you are pretty good. it seems like you need to straighten you right ankle a little bit. but other than that i would say yes.

as long as you have a really good instructor that starts you out right you should be good. if you really want to you will find a way to do it.

just be sure your ankles are strong!!!!!!!
