Do you think i ate to much?

okay so when i woke up i had two peaches, and a diet dr, pepper.

for lunch, i had a panini (340 calories), and a chocolate milk, and some strawberries.

and now i just had a poptart...

so i would say i had like 1000 calories so far.

have i eaten too much today? what should i eat for dinnner? should i even eat again today?

  1. No thats just right. For dinner eat fish or steak with some protein. With steamed veggies or salad. For dessert you can have 1 scoop of ice cream or drink water to fill you up.


  2. No you did not eat too much today. But you did not have a healthy breakfast. For dinner you can have chicken, a vegetable of any kind, and rice or potatoes. And you should eat again today. Never skip a meal, it will slow down your metabolism. Hope my advice helped you.  

  3. You should defiantly eat dinner

    You should have a glass of water, some fish or chicken w/ some green beans, broccoli or a green salad w/ an activia for dessert
